A brand new holiday village with an elevated position with views towards Coral Bay. Weddings at Sunset Bay are conducted on the roof-terrace giving you an opportunity to capture some magical sunsets and take in the natural beauty of the surrounding area. This is a very relaxed affair where you will be welcomed by the staff as a friend. Wedding ceremonies are performed in the afternoon and then you have the run of the private roof terrace for your drinks reception. This is the first year we have used this venue and we have been impressed by the quality of the catering and value for money it offers! With this in mind you can choose to have your reception here as well or go for one of our many other reception options. It's really up to you! At Sunset Bay, as with our wedding package, flexibility is the key:

Fully inclusive of:

• Civil wedding ceremony on the rooftop private terrace including all set up and hire fees including ceremony table with tasteful white skirting and matching white chair covers for all guests;
• One week accommodation for the bride and groom at the Sunset Holiday Village in a junior suite sea view for one week on bed and breakfast basis: (Extra nights can be added at a supplement)
• All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the marriage licence at the Town Hall. By this we mean, booking the wedding date and confirming the exact date and time, all the correspondence during the planning period, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates and ensuring all documentation complys with local authority regulations;
• Once your are in Cyprus,your personal wedding co-ordinator will collect you from your hotel or villa and guide you through the pre-booked wedding application with the church or town hall. You will always be shown the ceremony and reception venue before the wedding and in the case of hotel and beach weddings we will usually hold the pre-wedding meeting there as well. The meeting is designed to go through all the fine detail, last minute tweaks and wedding services. Its called hand holding - which is quite cute as you will be doing a lot of that we hope! Everything you can expect on your big day really - and more and assurance that when you walk down the aisle you'll know exactly what happens next, leaving you free to enjoy your day;
• Flowers: Deluxe Roses bridal bouquet; rose buttonhole for the groom; rose corsages for the parents and best man; and posies for two bridesmaids;
• Photography: 24 photo package (size 15x20 cm) placed in a personalised wedding album, out of at least 100 photos taken plus a 20 x 30 cm enlargement photo of your choice;
  
• Sunset photos package - (includes a choice of 20 photos of size 15 x 20 cm out of at least 30 photos shoot);
  Our experienced, professional wedding photographers will capture your wedding day with passion, style and speed; know the best locations for picture-perfect settings; and guarantee you prints of the highest quality.
• Wedding Video: DVD recording of the event, edited, enhanced and personalized for you; You are welcome to bring your own music to go on your wedding video.
• Wedding cake: Two-tier, decorated, iced wedding cake;
• Professional hair and make-up: for the bride including a pre wedding consultation (full trial can be organized on request);
• Private reception venue, hotel terrace including all set up and hire fees;
  
• Exclusive reception dinner for 20 people on a private terrace;
