Saint George Hotel - all inclusive wedding package:
The Saint George is a long established four star hotel located right on the beach midway from Paphos to Coral Bay. We organize both church and civil weddings at this beautiful venue. Civil wedding ceremonies are performed in the afternoon and can take place at either the hotel gardens or right next to the beach under a beautiful wedding gazebo. Church weddings are performed at the famous Saint George chapel a stones' throw from the hotel. (You can see the full description in our church venues). Our wedding package for the Saint George hotel includes your wedding ceremony, venue fees, all services required for your big day i.e. flowers, photography, hair and beauty, a private area for your wedding reception, a choice of menus and much more.

Fully inclusive of:

• Civil wedding ceremony at the hotel gardens or by the beach with amazing sea views including all relevant venue set up and hire fees including ceremony table with nice white skirting and chairs with white chair covers for all guests;
• Religious wedding ceremony can also be arranged as part of this package and take place at the Saint George chapel in the grounds of the hotel;
• One weeks' accommodation for the bride and groom at the Saint George hotel in a full sea view room on bed and breakfast basis with special wedding touches;

• All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the marriage licence at the Town Hall. By this we mean, booking the wedding date and confirming the exact date and time, all the correspondence during the planning period, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates and ensuring all documentation complys with local authority regulations;
• Once your are in Cyprus,your personal wedding co-ordinator will collect you from your hotel or villa and guide you through the pre-booked wedding application with the church or town hall. You will always be shown the ceremony and reception venue before the wedding and in the case of hotel and beach weddings we will usually hold the pre-wedding meeting there as well. The meeting is designed to go through all the fine detail, last minute tweaks and wedding services. Its called hand holding - which is quite cute as you will be doing a lot of that we hope! Everything you can expect on your big day really - and more and assurance that when you walk down the aisle you'll know exactly what happens next, leaving you free to enjoy your day;
• Flowers: Deluxe bridal bouquet of roses and lilies; rose or lily buttonhole for the groom; rose or lily corsages for the parents and best man; posies for two bridesmaids; two table floral arrangements with white candles for the ceremony venue; petal confetti for the guests or flower girls;
• Photography: 40 photo package – your free choice of 40 photos (size 15x20 cm) placed in a customized wedding album, out of at least 100 photos taken plus a 20 x 30 cm enlargement photo of your choice;
  
• Sunset photos package - (includes a choice of 20 photos of size 15 x 20 cm out of at least 30 photos shoot);
  Our experienced, professional wedding photographers will capture your wedding day with passion, style and speed; know the best locations for picture-perfect settings; and guarantee you prints of the highest quality.
• Wedding Video: DVD recording of the event, edited, enhanced and personalized for you; You are welcome to bring your own music to go on your wedding video.
• Wedding cake: Two-tier, decorated, iced wedding cake;
• Professional hair and make-up: for the bride including a pre-wedding consultation (full trials can be organized on request);
• Private reception venue: terrace including all set up and hire fees;
• Full decoration of wedding reception: including white linen for the reception tables, white chair covers, petal confetti for the tables, elevation balloons, flower arrangements with white candles, bombonieres etc;
• Exclusive reception dinner for 20 people with a choice of menus;
