Our Pearl wedding package

Although our expertise lies in creating unique, fully-customised weddings, we also offer a flexible, upgradable package service for those who prefer this approach.

Our (New) Pearl wedding package includes:

• One week accommodation for the bride and groom at the five star hotel Coral beach on bed and breakfast or a four star hotel (Riu Bay resort or Iberostar Ledra) on all inclusive basis or a private luxury three bedroom villa. (Extra nights can be organized at a supplement)

• All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the special marriage licence at the Town Hall or the chapel. By this we mean, booking the wedding date for you and confirming the exact wedding date and time, all the correspondance during the planning period, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates, and checking your papers with the local authorities.

• Upon arrival in Cyprus collection from your accommodation by one of our wedding co-ordinators and guidance throughout the pre-booked wedding application appointment plus a pre wedding meeting to go through all the final arrangements for your big day

• Your free choice of flowers for the bridal bouquet; buttonhole for the groom; corsages for the parents and best man; posies for two bridesmaids; one table and one free-standing floral arrangements for the wedding venue; petal confetti for the guests or flower girls

• White decorated Rolls Royce or Aston Martin vintage car for the bride, complete with ribbons and flowers

• Decorated 4-seater white mercedes for the groom and best man one way

• Traditional Fun bus or air conditioned coach transportation for up to thirty guests

• 40 photographs (15x20cm) placed in a customised album, together with at least twice as many proofs plus four 20x30cm enlargements of your choice.

• Sunset Photos (includes a choice of 20 photos 15x20cm from a minimum shoot of 30)

• Selection of 10 black and white or sepia photos

• Video recording of the event in DVD format, edited, enhanced and personalised for you.

• Three-tier iced wedding cake and two bottles of chilled champagne for the reception

• Proffessional hair and make-up for the bride including a full pre wedding trial

• Wedding reception for 20 people at one of the following venues: a) Beach restaurant with a BBQ or set menu b) Kamares club with a choice of set menus and buffet menus c) Harbour taverna including a three course meal Note: Extra guests can be added at a suplement

• Champagne and flowers for the bridal suite.

• Personal wedding co-ordinator throughout your wedding.
