All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the special marriage license at the Town Hall. By this we mean, booking the wedding date for you and confirm the exact wedding date and time, all the correspondence during the planning period, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates, and checking your papers with the local authorities.

Accommodation: Accommodation for the bride and groom at the Kefalos holiday village for one week on a bed and breakfast basis.

Collection from your accommodation by one of our wedding co-coordinators and guidance throughout the pre-booked wedding application appointment. Once your are in Cyprus, your personal wedding coordinator will collect you from your hotel and guide you through the pre-booked wedding application with the church or town hall. You will always be shown the ceremony and reception venue before the wedding and in the case of hotel and beach weddings we will usually hold the pre-wedding meeting there as well. The meeting is designed to go through all the fine detail, last minute tweaks and wedding services. Its called hand holding - which is quite cute as you will be doing a lot of that we hope! Everything you can expect on your big day really - and more and assurance that when you walk down the aisle you'll know exactly what happens next, leaving you free to enjoy your day;.
