Introducing our Elysium hotel all inclusive hotel wedding package

More and more of our customers are asking for a 'one-stop shop' option where the ceremony, reception and accommodation for the wedding are all at one venue. In response to this we have introduced some great options / packages that do just this. Here is our Elysium hotel wedding package.

All of our packages come with the following as standard:

• All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the special marriage license at the town hall or the chapel. By this we mean, booking the wedding date, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates, and checking your papers with the local authorities.

•Collection from your accommodation by one of our wedding co-coordinators and guidance throughout the pre-booked wedding application appointment

•Personal wedding co-ordinator throughout your wedding .

Elysium hotel wedding - all inclusive package includes the following:

• Civil or religious wedding ceremony at the Elysium hotel at Orpheus Amphitheatre with great garden and sea views or Elysium chapel including all relevant hotel venue set up and hire fees.

• Accommodation: One week accommodation for the bride and groom at the luxurious Elysium beach hotel & resort at a deluxe sea view room with special touches including: Upon arrival fruit basket and a bottle of sparkling wine and petit fours, Decoration of bedroom on the wedding night including, petals in the bath and aromatic essence oils in room, One his and hers hydro bath and a voucher for back, neck, shoulder massage, Champagne Breakfast in the room on the morning after the wedding, Commemorative gift, One candlelit dinner with a bottle of house wine to be taken at any time during the couple’s stay, Upgrade of the room of the Bride and Groom’s parents (subject to availability - this applies only for the Deluxe Bedrooms).

(Extra nights can be added at a supplement)

• Flowers: Deluxe bridal bouquet of roses and lilies; rose or lily buttonhole for the groom; rose or lily corsages for the parents and best man; posies for two bridesmaids; two table floral arrangements with white candles for the ceremony venue; petal confetti for the guests or flower girls

• Photography: 40 photo package – your free choice of 40 photos (size 15x20 cm) placed in a customized wedding album, out of at least 100 photos taken plus a 20 x 30 cm enlargement photo of your choice.

• Sunset photos package - (includes a choice of 20 photos of size 15 x 20 cm out of at least 30 photos shoot)

• Wedding video: Video DVD recording of the event, edited, enhanced and personalized for you

• Wedding cake: Two-tier, decorated, iced wedding cake

• Hair and make-up done for the bride

• Private dinner reception venue Mediterraneo restaurant or Brasserie Messina or Basilica Foyer including hire / set up fees.

• Wedding reception: Exclusive reception dinner (menu as below) for 20 people:

• Full co-ordination of wedding reception

• Full decoration of wedding reception including white linen for the reception tables, white chair covers, petal confetti for the tables, elevation balloons, flower arrangements with white candles, bombonieres / favours etc.

• Entertainment: Private DJ for the wedding reception to entertain and dance the night away.

• Champagne and flowers for the bridal suite on the night of the wedding

Please note: All of our packages are flexible and upgradeable meaning that you can mix and match to your requirements. The compulsory ceremony fees for a civil or religious ceremony are not included in our packages. These fees are payable in resort directly to the local authorities.
