All these options are flexible/upgradeable and we certainly don't treat you like a number like some other wedding planners and tour operators. The basis of our packages is your 'blank canvas' - feel free to take out or add as you wish- most of our happy couples do!

Weddings in Cyprus is our primary business - and we like to think of ourselves as market leaders in terms of being specialist wedding planners - meaning we don't do weddings as a sideline to property, hotels and tourism for example. Our diamond wedding package includes:

• Two weeks luxurious accommodation for the bride and groom at one of the best Cyprus hotels. Hotel choice includes: The Elysium beach hotel, The Annabelle, The Paphos Amathus, Coral Beach beach hotel & resort, Thalassa boutique hotel or a luxury private villa with private pool.
• All administration relating to the wedding arrangements and the marriage licence at the Town Hall. By this we mean, booking the wedding date and confirming the exact date and time, all the correspondence during the planning period, assistance with legalities, papers and certificates and ensuring all documentation complys with local authority regulations;
• Once your are in Cyprus, your personal wedding coordinator who you have been dealing with throughout the planning stages will collect you from your hotel or villa and guide you through the pre-booked wedding application with the church or town hall. You will always be shown the ceremony and reception venue before the wedding and in the case of hotel and beach weddings we will usually hold the pre-wedding meeting there as well. The meeting is designed to go through all the fine detail, last minute tweaks and wedding services. Its called hand holding - which is quite cute as you will be doing a lot of that we hope! Everything you can expect on your big day really - and more and assurance that when you walk down the aisle you'll know exactly what happens next, leaving you free to enjoy your day;
• Private transportation for the bride and groom to and from Paphos Airport;
• Flowers: Your free choice of flowers for the bridal bouquet; buttonhole for the groom; corsages for the parents and best man; posies for two bridesmaids; one table and one free-standing floral arrangement for the wedding venue; petal confetti for the guests or flower girls;
• Transport: Bridal transport with horse & carriage or white decorated Rolls-Royce or vintage Aston Martin complete with ribbons and flowers;
  - Decorated 4-seater white Mercedes for the groom and best man
  - Extra decorated 4 seater white Mercedes for the bridesmaids or parents
  - Traditional 'fun bus' for up to 34 guests or air-conditioned coach transportation for up to 50 guests;
• Photography: 50 photographs placed in a customised album, together with at least twice as many proofs and all original negatives;
  - Sunset photo-shoot (including a choice of 20 photos of size 15 x 20 cm out of at least 30 photos from the shoot)
  - Selection of 10 black and white or sepia photos
  - Selection of 10 photos to be blown up (20x30cm) or one canvas print of size 45cm x 75cm
• All original photo negatives: all the original photos of the day and the sunset on a disk along with a copyright release
  - DVD digital photo album presentation including 40 photos of your choice with effect and music
• Wedding video DVD: Video DVD recording of the event, edited, enhanced and personalised for you with titles and music;
  - two extra video copies on DVD format for parents or best friends.
• Wedding cake: Three-tier, decorated, iced wedding cake and two bottles of chilled champagne for the reception;
• Hair and make up: Professional hair and make-up for the bride including a full trial plus hair and make up done for two bridesmaids or mothers;
• Live music for the wedding ceremony (violin / organist / flautist);
  
• Wedding reception for 20 people at one of the following venues:
  a) Beach restaurant with a BBQ menu or five course set menu plus champagne upon arrival and wine or
  b) Kamares club with a choice of set menus, buffet menus, BBQ or meze menu options or
  c) Private charter boat wedding reception with rich finger buffet, champagne and unlimited wine for ten (10) quests, full decoration, and CD sound system
  d) Traditional Cyprus tavern with full meze, unlimited wine and dancing show;
• Note: extra guests can be added at a supplement
• Champagne and flowers for the bridal suite;
• Full coordination of wedding reception;
• Full decoration of wedding reception including white linen for tables and chairs, petals on the tables, balloons, streamers, pouches etc;
• Table flower arrangements and white candles for wedding reception;
• Disposable cameras for your wedding reception;
• Entertainment: Private DJ for the wedding reception to entertain and dance the night away; Your own private DJ right from the start of your wedding reception dinner playing background music for the duration of the reception meal, announce the speeches, play your first dance song and then party time till the end of the evening.
• Sunset or fireworks night cruise for the bride and groom during your stay. (weather permitting)
• Personal wedding coordinator throughout your wedding.
